I have tried several local auto mechanic companies, and have been disappointed with their service. I trust Morin Bros. because unlike the other business' I am always treated with respect. Morin Bros. personnel listen to my input and explain the reason for each procedure. Example: Took my 27 yr. old car to a well known local shop for a Smog Test, told the mechanic if the car did not pass, do not fix it, it would be retired. But the guy spent 3 hrs. trying to fix it. He wasn't able to fix it and then charged me a lot of money for 3 hrs.of Labor which I did not authorize or want.
