I have been bringing my Montero in for a few years and find Morin to be very fair and honest. I was dissapointed though, recently, when I brought my Passat in to have a vent smell checked out. They changed a filter, but when I picked up the car the smell was as obvious as ever on the drive home. I was suprised they didn't test it after installing the filter. It was later determined that the motor was the problem.
Sorry we disappointed you Thomas. We usually try for the simple fix first but missed the mark on this one!
