I got a 60,000 mile service on an outback two days ago. Can’t really tell a difference in over all function that quickly but regarding some details: my passenger side window does not roll up using the driver’s side control, nor do either the driver’s or passenger’s window controls allow me to roll up the window with one click of the control. This was all working before hand. I also noticed the clock is off by about 15 min. The clock is no big deal because I can easily reset it, but may be a clue to what went wrong. I called and told them and they said they would fix, but gave four stars because now I have to lose more time when I take the car back for them to fix. That’s a bummer. However, they are easy to work with in making appt., rides, and they are friendly.
