I've been going here for years, they've been reliable, helpful, friendly, and no B.S. It's a small shop experience where you can ask the mechanic or front-desk questions about the work. I like that they're always trying to be good neighbors to the homes close by; their parking lot is too small. The city should really let them extend/increase their parking lot to the adjacent lot to decrease parking stress. It would also probably end up looking really nice as well. I read another online comment where a customer was upset because they had asked him to pickup their car; I think part of the frustration from that post was a result of Morin Brother's caring about being good neighbors and balancing the needs of customers with the needs of the community.
