I traveled from Texas to California a couple of weeks ago. I had car problems the last couple of hundred miles away and made it to San Louis Obispo. I called about half a dozen mechanic shops and either got no answer, answering machines saying leave them a message and they would get back to you in 2-3 days, or rather rude people. I called Morin Brothers and spoke with a very sweet young lady named Stephanie and told her my problem. She told me they were busy and it would be a few days and when I told her I was in from out of state she made arrangements for me to bring my car in to be looked at. They were the nicest people to deal with and very polite. After looking at my car, they told me what they thought might be wrong and had me leave my care. They worked me in and had my car out the next day and made sure I knew how much it was going to be to fix it in advance so no surprises. When you're out of state you never know what you're going to get but these people made you feel comfortable, they were not only nice but you could tell they were upfront and honest to deal with. I can't say enough about Morin Brothers and how honest they were with very good work ethics. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. To Stephanie, Thank you for being so helpful, polite, and kind in helping me out, you're AWESOME!! Rick M
