Friendly staff and superior service
My car's check engine light came on (and I'm not Penny from the Big Bang Theory - I get my car fixed). The shop was able to quickly diagnose the problem and present the solution of a new direct ignition cassette. I won't trust my Saab with anyone else.

Staff is very efficient, personable, and upfront. My only criticism is the hours and days of operation - it would be nice if one day a week the shop was open past 5:00 OR open on Saturdays, if only for half day!
